New Opportunities ahead for Zoe

Manx snowboardcrosser Zoe Gillings is optimistic new funding will pay dividends for her in the future.

A knee injury has ruled her out for the rest of this season - a campaign which has been overshadowed by unrest away from the snow.

Just five days before the Vancouver Winter Olympics, the then British governing body went bust.

A new organisation called the British Snowsports Federation has been set-up with full backing from the British Olympic Association.

It means a more settled outlook and an agreement to train with the United States athletes:-
