Vagas crash at Wirral

by isleofman.com 13th March 2010

Vagabonds went down 74-12 away at South Lancashire/Cheshire Division One league leaders Wirral as their run of good results came to a shuddering halt.

Simon Heggs bagged two tries, one of which was converted by Leigh Kennaugh to keep an air of respectability on the scoreboard.

However, that was the full extent of their endeavours as Wirral moved inexorably towards promotion.
