Tony Brown's ministerial reshuffle has been cautiously welcomed by former Chief Minister Donald Gelling.
Speaking on Talking Heads on Manx Radio today (Tuesday), Mr Gelling ackowledged there would have to be a bedding-in period, but felt it was the right thing to do in line with the new departments.
The move drew much criticism from members of the public who contributed to the programme, with many seeing it as having no clear benefit.
But Mr Gelling said rather than disrupting government at a crucial time, the reshuffle could be just what's needed to freshen things up.
