Time of the essence for new DED Minister

The new minister for Economic Development says there must be no delay in tapping new sources of revenue for the Island.

The new department is at the heart of the restructuring of govenrment which will see all but one of its ministers reshuffled to new jobs.

Allan Bell's move from Treasury to the new Department of Economic Development presents a double challenge: to graft a strong team while pursuing every opportunity to drive the economy forward.

Mr Bell says that's a tall order.
