The first open public meeting to discuss the loss of the reciprocal health agreement takes place in Douglas tonight.
Disability campaigner Henry Ramagge and local lobbyists on the issue will speak and there's a chance for you to give your views.
The meeting will also discuss the impact the loss of free hospital care could have on the Island's tourism.
Organisers say they're just a group of like-minded people, who share concerns about travel to and from the UK when the agreement is scrapped later this month.
This evening's meeting is at the Manx Legion Hall, Market Street, Douglas at 7.30pm.
It will be chaired by Simon Richardson and both MHKs and MLCs will be there.
