If you've ever wondered just how much damage smoking has done to your lungs, you can find out this week.

Wednesday is No Smoking Day and as a part of it you can have a breath test and find out your 'lung age', compared to your real age.

Members of the Respiratory Team from Noble's Hospital will be on hand to carry out the test in Castletown Square between 11am and 2pm and Peel Market Place between 3pm and 5pm on Tuesday (Mastch 9).

Then on Wednesday (March 10) they're at Noble's Hospital from 9.30am to midday and Shoprite in Ramsey from 1.30pm to 4pm.

The Respiratory Team will be joined by the Quit4You Stop Smoking Service and also the Ambulance Service.
