The first open public meeting to discuss the loss of the reciprocal health agreement is being held in Douglas on Monday night.
Organisers say they're simply a group of like-minded people, who share concerns about travel to and from the UK when the agreement is scrapped later this month.
The meeting will also discuss the impact on tourism the loss of free hospital care could have on the Island.
Disability campaigner Henry Ramagge and local campaingers on the issue will speak and there's a chance for the public to give their views.
Onchan resident Edith Quaggin says many people are still worried about finding medical insurance for visits to the UK.
The meeting at the Manx Legion Club in Douglas starts at 7.30pm.
