by isleofman.com 6th March 2010

Marown hit nine to bounce back to form and to the top of CFS Division Two on Saturday.

They crushed the Police 9-1 at Crosby, led by hat-tricks from James Sharp and Cliffy Lewin.

Kenny Maggee (two) and Paul Postlewaite grabbed the others.

A goal in each half from Craig Dolman and Gareth Gawne fired Douglas Royal up to second with a 2-0 home win over battling Ronaldsway.

Colby and Onchan shared the spoils at Glen Road after they traded first half goals through Juan Kinvig and Craig Marsh.

Braddan hit six without reply at Douglas and District.

Geoff Murphy was the star with a hat-trick, Jamie Johnson notched a double and Lee Ramsden scored the other.

Ramsey Youth Centre produced a surprise for the second week in a row as they won 1-0 at Foxdale in the GH Corlett Woods Cup quarter-finals.

Connal Hughes was the scorer as Youth Centre, who defeated Ayre United in Division Two a week ago, caused another surprise.
