Steam Packet Passenger Charter launched

by isleofman.com 4th March 2010

The Steam Packet Company has launched a Passenger Charter.

It sets out the service passengers can expect when they book travel and explains the factors which can lead to the disruption of ferry services.

The Steam Packet says the Passenger Charter will held them gain feedback from passengers and adds to the onboard research it already carries out.

Chief Executive Mark Woodward says the Charter makes clear what the Steam Packet can offer passengers within the User Agreement.

And he promises 'appropriate action' will be taken where the company falls short of its commitment.
