Economic committee to examine water berth options

Tourism chiefs will this morning (Wednesday) give evidence before the Tynwald committee examining economic initiatives.

Tourism Minister Martyn Quayle, newly appointed director Rod Nipper and acting Jon Callister will all give evidence about the proposed deep water berth at 11am.

At 11.45am, the Treasury’s economic adviser Steve Carse will give his input.

The evidence will be taken in public in the Millennium Room, Legislative Buildings on Finch Road in Douglas.
