Energy crops could be a 'win win'

An environmental consultant has told a meeting of the Positive Action Group he believes the Island could have a 'win win' situation with regard to growing energy crops.

Peter Taylor was addressing a packed meeting of the Positive Action Group last night (Monday).

He told them Biomass fuels were a proven technology and he understood the concerns of those who are worried about the impact growing energy crops could have on the Island's countryside.
