Charities Thank Irish Permanent Team

by isleofman.com 25th February 2010

Money raised by Irish Permanent International during 2009 has been distributed to Manx Cancer, the MSPCA and The Children's Centre.

Over the course of the year, Irish Permanent International participated in a number of ‘dress down’ days to raise money for local charities.

Employees were requested to nominate their top three charities or organisations, and contributions were donated to the most popular three.

An impressive £300 was raised which was then generously matched, pound for pound, by the Group.  This £600 grand total has been equally distributed between Manx Cancer, the MSPCA and The Children’s Centre.

Philip Murray, Managing Director of Irish Permanent International comments, "The staff are delighted to have contributed to the worthy causes of these organisations and intend to continue supporting local charities in the coming year".
