More pressure over health agreement

The chief minister repeated the Manx government’s position on the Reciprocal Health Agreement when he came under intense questioning in the House of Keys.

Tony Brown faced a grilling from Michael MHK David Cannan over the government's efforts to have the agreement restored as soon as possible.

In particular, Mr Cannan wanted to know if the Isle of Man was working with Jersey, Guernsey and the opposition parties in the United Kingdom to overturn UK Health Secretary Andy Burnham's decision to end the deal.

Mr Brown said the government was talking to all potential allies on the issue:
