Could you vote in UK General Election?

There's a chance for some Manx residents to make their voice heard in the upcoming general election in the United Kingdom.

The Electoral Office for Northern Ireland says if anyone living in the Isle of Man has been on the electoral roll in Northern Ireland in the last 15 years, they could be eligible to vote.

There's a further incentive as anyone who votes in the election will be automatically entered in a draw to win ?500.

The chief electoral officer Douglas Bain is urging urges people who may qualify to make the effort to find out.
