The Department of Transport has an emergency road closure in place for Richmond Hill this afternoon.
It's shut from its junction with Spring Valley roundabout to its junction with the Mount Murray back road from 2pm until 4.30pm.
There will be no access for vehicles during these times and motorists are asked by the DoT to take an alternative route.
There's no word as to the reason for the closure.
