The head of an Isle of Man airline is calling on the Manx Government to develop a long-term aviation strategy for the Island.
It follows the announcement budget airline easyJet will fly from the Isle of Man to Liverpool from May.
Chairman of Manx2, Noel Hayes, says he always welcomes fair competition and the arrival of easyJet will bring short term benefits to the Isle of Man.
However, he believes the Government needs a strategy in place for the longer term.
