Four appear in court after ?20,000 heroin seizure

Four men charged in connection with yesterday's ?20,000 heroin seizure in Douglas have appeared in court today.

Two are from Douglas, 33-year-old Paul Clint Shields, of Mona Drive, and 39-year-old Lee Anthony Peel, of Fairfield Terrace.

The other two, Thomas Davis and Paul Craig Duvall, are both 23 and from Bootle on Merseyside

All four are charged with the production of heroin, possession with intent to supply and supply of the drug.

Their advocates made no bail applications, but indicated they may do so when the four next appear on Friday.
