Govt services - have your say

You now have the chance to comment on how the Manx government provides services, after the launch of a public consultation.

At the core of it all is a plan to improve access to information and make it easier to pay bills - both physically and online - for example.

One idea being looked at is the development of a contact centre, a one-stop-shop for all such transactions.

Business change manager Dan Davies says people really do have the opportunity to influence moves to make government more efficient.
