by isleofman.com 10th February 2010

If 2010 is the year you're going on that long-haul adventure, the Isle of Man Children's Centre may have just the plan.

The charity's launching its two challenge trips for this year - to Mount Kilimanjaro and the Great Wall of China.

Charity-run challenges have become very popular with the promise of an exciting trip in exchange for a minimum donation proving a winning forumula among thrill-seekers.

Presentations for anyone interested in this year's trips are being held at the Children's Centre tonight (Wednesday) and tomorrow.

Co ordinator Mark Eastman says there's plenty of support for anyone keen to start saving for the trip of a lifetime.

The 2010 Challenges are launched at the Children's Centre at 6pm this evening (Wednesday) and again tomorrow (Thursday). Please register in advance on 676076.
