Murder accused will stand trial in August

A 38 year-old man accused of murder will stand trial in August.

Simon Paul Leece of Fairfield Terrace in Douglas denies the murder of Terence Losh last March.

Mr Leece also denies seven counts of committing arson with intent to endanger life.

He has been remanded in custody until the start of his trial on August 2. It’s scheduled to last 13 days.
