Douglas Council looks to sell 'Horse Trams Experience'

Douglas Town Council has announced plans to offer what it calls the Horse Trams Experience – for ?250 you can spend a day with staff seeing all aspects of how the system works.

It’ll involve spending time with the horses at the stables, mucking them out and even driving a tram along Douglas Promenade.

Councillor Stephen Pitts says he hopes the idea will take off and earn the corporation some cash:
