Warning as inflation rises again

by isleofman.com 8th February 2010

The rate of inflation in the Isle of Man has risen again.

It’s gone up to 4.5 per cent – a rise of 1.2 per cent from December.

Treasury Minister Allan Bell says the increase was largely due to a series of reductions in energy costs and mortgage costs over the last winter, as opposed to current inflationary pressure.
