The Isle of Man Government presented a special award to Carolynn Sells at last night's Manx Motor Cycle Club dinner.
Chief Minister Tony Brown paid tribute to her historic achievement of becoming the first woman to win at race around the Mountain Course at last year's Manx Grand Prix.
The Guest of Honour at the event was double World Superbike Champion James Toseland.
