Betty Moore has retired from the Isle of Man Post Office after more than 10 years working in IMS.

Betty Moore worked in Integrated Mailing Solutions, Isle of Man Post Office’s one-stop mailing house, which provides a variety of services from mail opening, document management, document scanning, data capture, bespoke printing, fulfilment, mail response, franking to the supply of stationary.

Betty, of Douglas, joined colleagues and close friends for a special presentation at Postal Headquarters last week where she was presented with a framed retirement certificate featuring stamps from the year she joined and retired from the business.

Tony Randle, General Manager IMS, said, "We are sad to see Betty retire as she’s a lovely person to have in our team.  Everyone Betty has worked with in IMS has not only been her colleague but her friend as well.

"Betty has been a valuable member of the IMS department and the place won’t be the same without her. We wish her much happiness and a long and healthy retirement."
