Langness update confirmed

by isleofman.com 26th January 2010

The Transport Minister will make a statement to next month's Tynwald about the report investigating rights of way on Langness.

David Anderson told the Keys this morning (Tuesday) that he had already confirmed the delay in receiving the report was due to 'unexpected family matters', connected to Inspector Roy Hickey.

However, in reply to a question from Onchan MHK Peter Karran, he said he would be receiving the report from the Inspector later this month and confirmed he was in favour of a coastal footpath around the Island where it is feasible.
