The Isle of Man's tourism industry is wating to see whether the loss of the Reciprocal Health Agreement with the United Kingdom will mean fewer visitors this year.
From April, full travel and medical insurance will be vital, both for Manx people visiting the UK, and those coming to the Island.
There are widespread concerns here that elderly people and those with disabilities or medical conditions won't get cover, or will find it too expensive.
But there's been no measurable impact on Jersey's visitor numbers, after the Channel Islands lost their health agreement with the UK last June.
And director of Jersey Tourism David de Carteret says, to date, none of their visitors has faced a bill for hospital treatment, having failed to buy insurance:
