Specialist treatment for top Manx cyclist

The Manx Road Club has set-up a fund to help pay for treatment for cyclist Jonny Bellis.

The 21-year-old is receiving extensive physiotherapy at a London hospital following a scooter crash in Italy last September.

The unit is a specialist centre for the treatment of head injuries and costs ?10,000 a month.

Jonny will be there for at least another three months.

Manx Road Club chairman Bill Ward has been talking to the family and says Jonny is making good progress (play audio file):
