A member of the Isle of Man's Probation Service has been congratulated for her rapid progress in gaining new qualifications.
Anne Dooley, an administrator in the service, has been presented with a nationally accredited certificate in drug awareness by Bill Malarkey, MHK.
She completed the Drugs and Alcohol National Occupational Standards course, which normally requires a year of study, in three months.
Anne previously worked in retail and joined the Probabation Service on a short term contract.
She is now planning to start an Open University degree in social work.
