Treasury under scrutiny in Tynwald

How are decisions at the Treasury taken – and who is making them?

Those are two questions being posed to Minister Allan Bell in Tynwald this week by Rushen MHK Quintin Gill.

He also wants to know when the last time the Treasury was independently reviewed to see whether it's fit to do its job.

Mr Gill says he has a number of concerns about the way the department operates.
