CCTV off the radar in Onchan!

Onchan ratepayers won't be required to fund non-essential schemes in the foreseeable future.

That's the vow of the chairman of the commissioners, who says CCTV is not a priority scheme and won't be introduced any time soon.

A number of cameras in the district were switched off two years ago, due to the poor quality of some of the images, and Brian Stowell says that's the way it's staying, for now:
