Local firm to take over Shell stations

Motorists will get a better, more localised service at some garages from later in the year.

That's according to Manx Petroleum, which is set to take over the running of the Island's Shell stations.

The move includes a rebranding for the garages, in a variation of the Manx firm's livery.

But Manx Petroleum's sales and marketing manager David Kay says, at this stage, nothing has been decided in relation to prices at the pumps:
