Fire crews in the north of the Island have been damping down at the scene of a barn fire near Andreas, twelve hours after the alarm was raised.
A police cordon was set up around Ballasteen Farm, just outside the village, as the fire took hold at around 9.20pm.
Roads were closed to traffic, so fire tenders could reach the scene.
Police say they are keeping an open mind as to the cause, whether it was a case of spontaneous combustion or the blaze was started deliberately.
Crews were at the scene this morning to ensure all the embers were doused.
