Mountain Road 'passable with caution'

by isleofman.com 29th December 2009

The Mountain Road has been opened by police in the past few minutes (2pm, Tuesday).

It had been closed for 48 hours, due to the icy conditions, but officers now say it is passable with caution.

Other routes previously listed as closed remain so, but a review will be carried out at 8am tomorrow.

They are the Beinn y Phott Road, the Tholt-y-Will Road, the West Baldwin Road at Injebreck and the Druidale Road.
