The Creg-ny-Baa Back Road from the junction with the Mountain Road to the junction with the Begoade Road has been closed due to the icy conditions.
Despite attempts at gritting the route, it remains very slippery.
The closure will apply until 10am tomorrow (Thursday), but that could change depending on whether conditions worsen or improve.
The Mountain Road is still closed (6pm, Wednesday) and police are warning motorists not to ignore the signs at either end of the route.
