Police are investigating after vandals attacked one of the Isle of Man's best-known landmarks, at some point over the last week.
Between Saturday, December 12 and Friday, December 18 damage was caused to the Laxey Wheel, when someone sprayed graffiti on it.
Officers say spray paint was used on various parts of the wheel's structure and they are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
