The popular Manx Welcome courses are to be run again next year.
Students are being recruited from the Island's hotel and hospitality industry, as well as the retail sector and self catering holiday providers.
Since 2005, 1,200 delegates have taken part in the courses, designed to ensure visitors and residents are given a warm Manx welcome and great customer service.
The Manx Welcome courses, put on by the Isle of Man College, cover customer care, food hygeine and health and safety in the workplace.
Angela Byrne is quality and services manager at the Department of Tourism.
She says very useful, FREE training is on offer.
