Social Security Minister Eddie Teare says he has no immediate plans to raise National Insurance contributions in line with the United Kingdom.
He says a recent increase was introduced before the UK Government announced this week it would raise its rates.
Although all options remain under review, there are no plans for further rises.
The new rates of NI contributions in the Isle of Man will come into effect in April next year.
