Festive period passport reminder

by isleofman.com 18th December 2009

If you're heading off-Island over the festive period make sure your passport's still valid.

The reminder comes from the Isle of Man Passport and Immigration Office, which handles all passport applications and renewals.

Because of the way the public holidays fall this year, the office will be closed from 4pm on Thursday, December 24th until 9am on Wednesday, December 30th.

Consequently, people who intend to head off-Island over Christmas should ensure their documentation is in order prior to embarking on their journeys.

Anybody who discovers their passport is out of date can take advantage of a same-day service, subject to certain conditions being met.
