It's only a matter of time before a Manx child dies from taking a legal high, according to one MHK.
John Houghton firmly believes that'll be the case unless something is done to criminalise mephedrone.
He was speaking after Home Affairs Minister Adrian Earnshaw told him such a move would be a "knee jerk" reaction.
