An Isle of Man based environmental group has welcomed the Chief Minister's statement about bottled water.

Zero Waste Mann applauded the Chief Minister, Tony Brown, after he told the House of Keys water from the tap was freely available in the Isle of Man so the need for bottled water was minimal.

Group chairman Andrew Jessopp says it's only common sense to not need bottled water.
