The man behind the proposed leisure attraction in the former Ramsey swimming pool building hopes to have it up and running by May next year.
Alan Price, of Classic Bowling and Leisure, has been offered the lease on the site by Ramsey commissioners and plans to create a ten-lane bowling alley, with soft play and video gaming areas, and a restaurant.
Mr Price, who first came to the Island 17 years ago to build the Manx Superbowl at the Castle Mona Hotel, says the building is ideally suited for the purpose, and the whole conversion will cost around ?500,000:
