Mixed reaction to extra holiday

Parents at Arbory School have given their verdict on the Department of Education's decision to extend the Christmas holiday by a day, to include January 4.

The department made the move in an attempt to ease the problem of cover when teachers are off ill.

But not all parents are welcoming the decision, especially in view of the very short notice they have been given to arrange childcare:
