Unemployment in the Isle of Man has fallen again, to its lowest level in 2009.
The number of people out of work dropped by three last month to 885, or 2.1 per cent of the economically active population.
A total of 399 vacancies were notified to the Job Centre in November and at the end of the month 224 positions were still vacant and held on file.
The figures will be encouraging for government in the current economic climate, although last month Treasury Minister Allan Bell said he expected a number of sectors to be hit with job losses going into 2010.
