One of the most recognisable voices of TT entertainment, and the public face of the mysterious Purple Helmets, lifts the lid on the world of Manx stunt riders in a new book.
Derry Kissack, who commentates on the Purple Helmets performances, has written his autobiography.
The book looks back over the 15-year career of the Purple Helmets, who now travel and perform around the world.
He says the memoirs look back to the very earliest days of the stunt troupe (play audio file):
Derry will be launching the book at the Regent Street Post Shop this Saturday, between 2pm and 3pm.
