Minister values feedback from visitors

Tourism Minister Martyn Quayle says his department will carry on holding surveys for visitors to the Isle of Man during TT and Manx Grand Prix fortnights.

He says last year's MGP survey showed what people wanted to see during both festivals, how much money they brought into the Manx economy and their financial value.

The decision was recently taken to stage events on Douglas Promenade during TT 2010, after criticism over this year's entertainment.

On Talking Heads today, Mr Quayle said it was important to have the feedback from visitors:
