Airport gets into the Christmas spirit

Isle of Man Airport has come alive once again with the magic of Christmas.

The Save the Children Festival of Trees has been officially launched.

Between now and early January an impressive array of 22 trees, created by local businesses and organisations, will be on display on the first floor.

Members of the public are invited to vote for their favourite design and make a donation, and the organisers are hoping to top the amount raised for charity from last year’s event.

Save the Children president in the Isle of Man Lady Haddacks is thrilled at the response of those involved:
