Manx cyclist Jonny Bellis is now out of intensive care and talking from his hospital bed in London.
The news comes in the latest medical update from British Cycling which says his rehabilitation is 'ongoing'.
The 21-year-old Great Britain international sustained serious head injuries in a scooter accident near Florence in Italy in September.
He was kept in an induced coma for several weeks.
