Manx food is promoted in Birmingham

Yesterday's big launch of TT 2010 at the NEC in Birmingham wasn't the only Isle of Man attraction at the complex.

Manx food is also in the spotlight at the BBC Good Food Show, which runs until Sunday.

It's a major opportunity to show the world what the Island has to offer.

Chef Steve Quirk says all the local exhibitors are doing their bit to put the Isle of Man across in the best possible light.

He says there is a great atmosphere:
