Top DJ is heading for the Island

by isleofman.com 24th November 2009

One of Britain's best known DJs is heading to the Isle of Man on Friday, to play a set at The Courthouse bar and club in Douglas.

James Lavelle is also a producer, remixer and recording artist in his own right as UNKLE.

His label Mo Wax, which he started when he was 18, has released some of the most influential electronic music albums of the last 20 years, including DJ Shadow's seminal 'Endtroducing...'.

Manager of The Courthouse Andy Hardy says it's a real coup (play audio file):

The event is limited to 200 people on a first come, first served basis.
