Royal Navy Flag Stolen in Peel

Peel Police are investigating the theft of a large Royal Navy ‘White Ensign’ Flag that had been cut from a flag pole upon Marine Parade Peel, some time between 6pm on Sunday 22nd November and 2am on Monday 23rd November.

 

This flag was passed to the owner upon retiring from the Royal Navy over 40 years ago is of great sentimental value, holding many happy memories. 

 

Peel Police are anxious to hear from anybody who may who may know the whereabouts of this flag so that they can reunite it to its rightful owner.

 

Anyone who may have information that can assist enquiries are asked to contact Peel Police station on (01624) 631551.
